Document Description
Zinfandel Development LLC proposes a Sphere of Influence Amendment, a General Plan Amendment, Prezoning and annexation of five parcels comprising the 364.71 acre project site. The development plan consists of one single-family residential neighborhood, three parks, a natural trails network, and open space. The community is anticipated to include up to 350 traditional detached single family residential homes. The single family residential homes will be built on the 364.71 acres at an average density of slightly less than 1 unit per acre with lot sizes that range from approximately 11,000 square feet up to approximately 2 acres. A total of approximately 12 acres of parkland and approximately 142 acres of open space will be dedicated to the City of Plymouth as part of this proposed project. Shenandoah Ridge LLC proposes a Sphere of Influence Amendment, a General Plan Amendment, Prezoning, Vesting Tentative Map and annexation of one parcel comprising the 148.33 acre project site. The Development Plan consists of one single-family residential neighborhood, a park, a natural trail network, and open spaces. The community is anticipated to include up to 136 traditional detached single family residential homes, with the possibility of one additional home per a submitted alternative. The single family residential homes will be built on 148.33 acres at an average density of slightly less than one unit per acre with lot sizes up to approximately two acres. A total of approximately one acre of parkland and approximately 30 acres of open space will be dedicated to the City of Plymouth as part of this proposed project.
