Document Description
In order to comply with safe drinking water standards, provide emergency storage capacity, and meet the expected increase in demand, upgrades to the existing water transmission, treatment, and storage facilities are needed. The project includes rehabilitating the existing well and springhead; installing a new 5,000 gallon chlorine contact basin; constructing a new 100,000 gallon storage tank; installing new buried pipelines to replace existing ones; and replacing components of the transmission lines and water services along Phillipsville Road, the Avenue of the Giants, Spring Canyon Lane, Ascending Lane, and Rock Pit Lane.
