A request to create nine lots from two parcels totaling 185 acres located on the south side of Hammonton-Smartsville Road within the River Highlands Community Plan. The site is approximately two miles west of the Hammonton-Smartsville Road and Smartsville Road intersection. The division of land will create parcels ranging in size from 20.04 to 22.02 acres. The project site is currently undeveloped land. The project would allow for the development of nine single-family residences.
