Document Description
NOTE: Final/1 Hard Copy The project encompasses the subdivision and eventual development of 52.2 acres of land, currently developed with one dwelling, into 14 single-family residential lots. Street access would be provided from Paradise Drive via a private roadway. Approximately 20.95 acres of the site are located within an unincorporated portion of Marin County, within the Town of Tiburon's Sphere of influence, and approximately 31.25 acres of the site are located within the Town of Tiburon. The unincorporated portion would be prezoned for planned residential development. The project EIR analyzed impacts of the current applications as well as all trailing permits such as site planning and architectural approval for individual homes, building permits, encroachment permits, and so forth.
