Project includes construction of a 4-acre holding pond on a disturbed site within the Irvington Pump Station in Fremont. The pond will be used for the temporary storage of peak wet weather wastewater flows that are associated with storms with a return frequency of less than once every 10 years. Following draining, the pond will be cleaned.
