Document Description
In accordance with SB 1460, the Capitol Area Development Authority is the designated redevelopment agency for the portion of R Street between 9th and 19th Street. SB 1460 requires the preparation of a plan for improvement of the area. The R Street implementation plan sets forth the housing programs (total 119 units); street improvements; water line improvements; transit improvements and other actions (such as parking coordination and development assistance) to promote redevelopment in accordance with the adopted R Street Corridor Master Plan and City General Plan (Central City Community Plan portion).
