Document Description
The 2015 Urban Area Growth Policy Review Measure "M" advisory vote ballot measure will be placed on the November 3, 2015, municipal election ballot for extension of sewer improvements. The project implements General Plan Community Growth Strategy policies for support and enhancement of neighborhoods and timely provision of infrastructure. The ballot measure, described below, is based on City Council direction to prepare a comprehensive Measure "M" ballot measure for the remaining unincorporated County "island" areas. The proposed ballot measure would include the following planning areas located in the Baseline Developed Area of the City's General Plan: All residentially developed unincorporated areas that have not been the subject of a prior sewer extension advisory vote ballot measure.
