Document Description
The project is limited to the abandonment of an alley that bisects the property located at 629 Second Street. The property located at 629 Second was formerly occupied with a Fire Station and City pump house; however these structures have been removed and the site is currently vacant. The alley is not improved for vehicular traffic. There are overhead electrical lines running along the alley and an underground wastewater line below the alley. Easements will be recorded to protect these utilities prior to abandoning the alley. No new physical construction or changes are proposed as part of the abandonment.
