The project includes rezoning three parcels (~2 acres) from Low Density Residential (R-1) to Professional Office (P-O) and amending the General Plan land use designation for the same property from Residential (R) to Mixed-Use (MU). The general plan amendment and rezoning is proposed to allow for the conversion of an ~3,200 sf single family home located at 500 Standiford Avenue into a dental office. No new development is proposed for the other two parcels included in the project area at this time.
