Document Description
The project is a Conditional Use Permit to add a 75-ft high, slim-line cellular monopole with up to 12 antennas concealed within a fiberglass radome, with associated equipment cabinets inside a 336-sq. ft. lease area, surrounded by a six-foot tall decorative fence. Although the use is permitted in the C-1 Zone, a conditional use permit is required becuse the height exceeds the height limit of 35 ft allowed in the zone.
