A dual-use basin is proposed at the southerly portion of the subdivision development, along the Mable Avenue frontage, to provide for storm drainage and open space for the development. This Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map replaces a previously approved Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map comprised of 142 lots.
