Document Description
The proposed project would amend the development plan for P-D(540) from an 80,000 sf theatre, to a commercial development that includes a 94,000 sf building and two 7,500 sf pad buildings. The project is required to provide 367 parking spaces based on the general commercial standard of one space for every 300 sf of building area. The project will provide a total of 590 spaces. Screen landscaping will be required along the eastern property line, which is consistent with the requirement for P-D(537) to the south. The applicant has also requested a revised development schedule for P-D(540) granting an additional 10 yrs.
