The 2009 Urban Area Growth Policy Review Measure "M" advisory vote ballot measure(s) would be placed on the November 2009 municipal election ballot measure for extension of sewer service. The project implements the General Plan Growth Policy for selection of areas for future development or annexation. All of the areas considered for an advisory vote ballot measure are discussed in the 2009 Urban Area Growth Policy Review document.
