Document Description
The proposed Wireless Telecommunication (Telecom) Facilities Ordinance provides specifc provisions and standards for telecom facilities within the City of Modesto. The ordinance proposes the addition of new Article 31 to Chapter 2 of Title 10 of the Modesto Municipal Code. There is also a minor change to Article 25 Variances and Conditional Use Permits, regarding new variance provisions for telecom facilities, and amendment to Article 23 General Provisions, regarding telecom facilities within the right-of-way of utility and railroad companies.
