Document Description
The Renaissance North Residential Project proposes the development of approximately 348 single family residential units and associated circulation, utility, park and open space improvements on the 53-acre project site. The project includes requests for several approvals including annexation of the project site and adjoining areas into the City of Stockton, amendment of the Stockton General Plan, pre-zoning, and approval of a tentative subdivision map and Planned Development permit.
