Document Description
The Aerojet Landfill Clean Closure modification plan is a clean closure plan intended to facilitate the removal of the Aerojet Superfund Site in preparation for future urban development. CalRecycle has determined that revisions to the project description are not substantial and do not involve new significant effects on the environmental or a substantial increase in the severity of previously identified significant effects that would justify a subsequent EIR or ND under 14 CCR 15162. CalRecycle has considered the previous 2008 MND and 2016 Addendum and fine them adequate for project approval.
