Document Description
The CA Dept. of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, the City of San Luis Obispo, represented by Matt Horn, for tis San Luis Obispo Flood Bypass Channel Maintenance Project. The applicant proposes to dredge accummulated sediments and thin vegetation within the flood bypass channel of San Luis Obispo Creek. Restoration will including planting the temporarily disturbed slopes with native trees and shrubs, and compensating for removed riparian trees through offsite mitigation.
