Document Description
The proposed project consists of a new 16,740 square foot, two-story office building with one level of subterranean parking on a vacant parcel located within the General Commercial Zone (C). The lot exists at 0.6 acres. The proposed project includes the development of a two story office structure with approximately 8,370 square feet for each of the first and second stories. Parking for the project would be supplied by 33 surface parking spaces and a 34 space subterranean parking structure. The construction of the subterranean parking structure would require excacation of approximately 3,400 cubic yards of material (2,500 cubic yards of export and 900 cubic yards of fill). The maximum height of the proposed project is approximately 35 feet.
