Document Description
The project will construct curb extension and enhancements and the intersection of Lancaster Boulevard and 10th Street West. The project includes landscaping enhancements around the intersection, parkways and medians and the installation of a gateway monument sign, art sculptures, a plaza and decorative paving. The project is one component of the Downtown Lancaster Specific Plan that addresses improvements to the Downtown area.
