Document Description
The proposed project involves the vacation of an existing right-of-way, the combination of two lots, a change of the existing zoning of Commercial Business into Commercial Retail, and a general plan amendment to accommodate the develpment of a commercial center with five one-story buildings totaling approximately 70,100 gross square feet of commercial space. The project would require the demolition of an existing one-story single-family residential structure and a one-story accessory structure. Site preparation would involve excavation of earth to a depth sufficient to accommodate foundation engineering. Requested discretionary approvals include conditional use permit, sign program, general plan amendment, zone change, oak tree permit, as well as the vacation of the right-of-way and lot line adjustment to combine the two existing lots and the abandoned right-of-way into one lot.
