Document Description
The project consists of the construction of a new 1,446 square foot single-family residence, 752 square foot guest house, 291 square foot detached garage, 120 square foot water treatment equipment shed, fire department turnaround and on-site access improvements. The average height of the residence is 16 feet, the guest house would be 15 feet in height and the garage would be 10.5 feet in height. Four (4) 5,000 gallon water tanks would be installed to store domestic water and provide for fire response. No native trees would be removed as part of the project. Approximately 1,097 cubic yards of fill would be necessary to prepare the site for development. The site is currently vacant but would be served by a private septic system, the Alegria Mutual Water Company and the County Fire Department. Access would be taken via private driveway from Alegria Road.
