CDFG is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA # 1600-2011-0276-R6 [Revision 2] pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant: City of Chino Hills represented by Steve Nix, 14000 City Center Drive, City of Chino Hills, State of CA, 91709, Phone (909) 364-2766. Phase III of the Peyton Drive, Eucalyptus Avenue, and English Channel Improvements Project is limited to: widening Peyton Drive to six lanes from Grand Avenue south to Eucalyptus Avenue, and to four lanes from Eucalyptus Avenue south to Chino Hills Parkway/SR-142; extending Eucalyptus Avenue from its current terminus at Peyton Drive approximately 530 feet to the west; and improving the storm water conveyance facilities within English Channel near the intersection of Peyton Drive and Eucalyptus Avenue.
