Document Description
The State of California Department of Fish and Game is entering into a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement with Vista Canyon Ranch, LLC, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code. The Vista Canyon Ranch project project is limited to the alteration of portions of the Santa Clara River, where bank stabilization structures and a bridge will be constructed within a 185 acre parcel that is proposed for development. In general, the project will include the development of residential units, mixed commerical units, a part site, trail system, an on-site water treatment facility, and other ancillary structures.
