Notes: April 26, 2011 and May 10, 2011 The project amended the City of Santa Clarita General Plan, pre-zoned the site as Specific Plan (SP), and prepared the site for annexation into the City of Santa Clarita (City). The project also resulted in approval of a Tentative Tract Map, CUP, and Oak Tree Permit to allow for the construction of a mixed-use/transit-oriented development consisting of up to 1,100 residential dwelling units and up to 950,000 s.f. of commercial, retail, theater, and hotel uses within three Planning Areas.
