Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-LAN-34793-R5, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Vista Canyon Ranch, LLC, as represented by James Backer. The Project includes the installation of a 750-foot-long, 64-foot-wide bridge over the Santa Clara River in the City of Santa Clarita within Los Angeles County. The bridge will function to provide increased access to the existing 185-acre residential community of Vista Canyon. Activities include: site preparation, bridge construction, and restoration of on-site riparian scrub and streambed.
