Document Description
The proposed project consists of the phased development of approximately 3.45 million sf of commercial retail, office, visitor-serving commercial, and residential uses on approximately 288 acres in the City of Selma. The first phase (Northeast) consists of 882,003 sf on 75.75 acres; the second phase (South) consists of 1,431,200 sf on 124.35 acres; and the third phase (Northwest) consists of 1,136,000 sf on 66.60 acres. The project site would be annexed into the City of Selma.
