Document Description
This project is to replace approximately 4,000 linear-foot of 30-inch diameter RCP pipe with 36-inch diameter pipeline. The pipeline will supply recycled water to Lake Elsinore to help control nitrogen and phosphorus buildup in the lake due in part to an estimated annual water loss of 33% to evaporation.
