Document Description
The slope of the two unnamed channels will be revegetated with native upland species, willows and mulefat, where disturbed by dumping fill under an erosion control project (HECO). All non-native species, large concrete slabs, and any other debris will be removed. The culvert under Stockton Road may be extended for no more than 25 feet downstream to stabilize the slope.
