2. Application 05WA-04 to rescind the existing Williamson Act land conservation contract on the 649.8 +/- acre parcel pursuant to Resolution 122-70 and to execute a new Williamson Act land conservation contract pursuant to Resolution 106-04, including approval of the agricultural management plan.
