Document Description
The construction of a service access road crossing of Washington Creek to provide a secondary access to the Science of the Soul Study Center. The creek crossing will consist of a Contech Multi-Plate Pipe Arch with concrete footings, head walls, and wing walls. The pipe arch will be 9.5 feet high, 19 feet wide, and approximately 50 feet long. During construction of the crossing an existing sanitary sewer siphon will be removed from the creek, or abandoned, and a new sewer line constructed over the pipe arch. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2007-0081-3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
