Document Description
The proposed project is designed to repair storm damage to low water crossings at seven locations along Twin Valley Road. The approaches to the low water crossings will be minimally graded to allow the passage of vehicles. No materials will be added or removed, but approximately 6 cy of material (soil, sand and/or rock) will be moved around within the crossings. The work will be done when stream flows are minimal.

Project to maintain, repair, restore, demolish, or replace property or facilities damaged or destroyed as a result of a disaster in a disaster stricken area in which a state of emergency has been proclaimed by the Governor pursuant to the California Emergency Services Act, commencing with Section 8550 of the Government Code. Appropriate erosion control measures will be installed to ensure that no erosion occurs on the site. The project will not have a significant effect on the environment.
