Document Description
The proposed project consists of an acquisition of two parcels comprising 17.48 acres; acquisition will allow an expansion of the Big Basin Redwoods State Park. The property contains redwood forest habitat and a small summer camp that operates environmental education programs. The acquisition will be "as is"; the property will be transferred with all improvements. It is anticipated the environmental education program will continue operation.
