Document Description
The project corrects drainage, pavement and pedestrian access problems within the existing asphalt paved parking lot located behind (north side) the Railroad Museum building. Following are the descriptions of the tow project elements. Element 1: Installing two new drainage systems to channel water off of the parking lot, including the cutting and removal of 120 square feet of asphalt pavement to accommodate surface trench drains set in concrete and connected to approximately 85 linear feet of under ground drain lines; Element 2: Cutting, removing and replacing a total of 2,000 square feet of asphalt pavement that is deteriorated or missing in various locations throughout the praking lot.
