Document Description
Reconstruct two recreational vehicle pads (RV Pads 1 and 2) that were formerly used for campground host trailers. The reconstructed RV pads will be used for seasonal park concession residences. To reconstruct the pads, grade and level the soil at the existing sites and move one of the two pads (Pad 1) east approximately 36 feet. Ten cubic yards of surface fill material will be spread at the pad sites to level them. Reconfigure and upgrade existing electrical, water, and sewer services to separate the utilities at each RV pad site from an adjacent residence building.
