1. Ordinance for Zone Change RZ06-027 to rezone an 160.4+/- acre site from AE-37 (Exclusive Agricultural, thirty-seven acre minimum) to AE-37:AP (Exclusive Agricultural, thirty-seven, acre minimum:AgriculturalPreserve Combining) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code; and
2. Application WA06-006 to rescind the existing Williamson Act land conservation contract on the 160.4+/- acre site pursuant to Resolution 122-70 and to execute a new Williams Act land conservation contract pursuant to Resolution 106-04, including approval of the agricultural management plan.
