The pipe is approximately 3.5 feet below the asphalted levee crown roadway and extends from the landside slope to waterside hinge of the levee. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2007-0128-3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
