Document Description
The applicant proposes to alter the streambed to provide scour protection to the pier footings. The project includes the installation of 48" Cast-In-Drilled-Hole (CIDH) and the overlaying of the footing on all twelve piers. CIDH will be installed on each corner of the current footing and then an overlay of the footing will be done. This permanent impact to the streambed will increase the footing size by 0.30 acre. The work area will encompass approximately 3 acres.
