Document Description
This project consists of the construction of a small pad and access ramp appurtenant to the Mills Plant for the placement of ~9 storage containers. The site will be graded to create a pad and ramp ~10,000 square feet in size which will be leveled with ~6 inches of fill. Asphalt will be applied over portions of the pad and the access ramp to facilitate access to the containers. There will be no discharges related to this work.
