Document Description
The California Department of Veterans Affairs intends to renovate the Member Services Building (60,554 square feet), located on the campus of the Veteran's Home in Yountville. The building is in need of renovation to meet current Fire and Life Safety Codes, Americans with Disabilities (ADA), California Title 24 Energy requirements and seismically retrofit as the building has been determined to be of seismic risk.
