The operator proposes to alter the streambed by way of film production. Filming will take place under the Wiley Canyon Bridge, including the bike path, inclined wall and riverbed. No material will be moved, displaced or otherwise disturbed in this area. Filming will also take place at the pedestrian crossing between Wiley Canyon Bridge and Orchard Village Road, including the dry portion of the riverbed.
