Document Description
The project involves the division of the property adjacent to State Highway 101, on the east side of the Highway. Proposed parcels range in size from 1-acre to 2.19-acre and a 65.39 +/- acre remainder parcel. Access to the parcels will from a combination of a frontage road, parallel to the highway, and an access road to the east of the proposed parcels. The Smith River Community Services District will provie water to the proposed parcels. Soils testing has been conducted on the proposed parcels that have indicated suitable areas.
