Document Description
The applicant proposes a boundary adjustment involving three contiguous parcels. the result size of the subject parcel allows for the creation of four parcels and a remainder, each approximately two acres in size. The parcel is located on a hillside and is subject to the County's hillside development criteria. A biological assessment and archaeology report was also prepared to address potential impacts to the project area. Each parcel will be served with an onsite sewage disposal system and public water connections.
