The 2007 Housing Element Update is a comprehensive statement by the City of Ceres of its current and future housing needs and proposed actions to facilitate the provision of housing to meet those needs at all income levels. The purpose of the Housing Element is to identify current and projected housing needs and set forth goals, policies, and programs that address those needs. The Housing Element has been prepared to meet the requirements of State law and local housing objectives.
