The project is the adoption and implementation of Riverbank Reinvestment Project, Amendment No. 1. The proposed project would amend and extend the boundaries of the existing 1,000 acre Riverbank Reinvestment Plan area to encompass the Riverbank Army Ammunition Plant and surrounding properties. This action has been initiated by the Agency in order to place in a redevelopment area portions of the Ammunitions Plant that were previously developed but that cannot be utilized in their present condition because of substandard infrastructure and buildings that do not meet State building standards.
