The Gateway development, consisting of a total of approximately 2,239 acres is planned to be developed north of the City of Stockton along the north side of Eight Mile Road. The Gateway project is a multi-use master planned village community planned to include a variety of housing and commercial options. Anticipated components include a high end retail component, two lake based communities, a golf course community, some multi-family housing, a high school, and three grade schools. The total dwelling unit count is expected to be approximately 7,546 units.
