The project also involves the construction of 6 above-ground facilities. The project will result in permanent impacts to 1.47 acres of Swainson's hawk (Buteo swainsoni; SWH) nesting habitat, and 0.62 acres of giant garter snake (Thamnophis couchi gigas; GGS) habitat. Additionally, the project will result in temporary impacts to 44.58 acres of California tiger salamander (ambystoma californiense; CTS) upland habitat, and 182.16 acres of GGS habitat.
