The Addendum analyzed a project (600 Barber Lane Mixed Use Development) which reduced the proposed development in terms of residential units (-3 units), Commercial/retail space (-143,305 square feet, [SF], office space (-36,160 SF), maximum height (-142 feet) and parking (-859 spaces).
