The two Plaza at Dale VTSMs propose to subdivide contiguous parcels within the Kiernan Business Park Specific Plan area as follows: the Plaza at Dale No. 2 VTSM proposes to subdivide 15.9 acres designated in the Specific Plan as "Medium-High Density Residential into six lots, and the Plaza at Dale No. 3 VTSM proposes to subdivide 14.22 acres designated in the Specific Plan as "Mixed Use" into 12 lots. No development is proposed in conjunction with the two vesting tentative subdivision maps.
