Vesting Tentative Parcel Map to divide the western 575 feet of Parcels 1 and 3 of the map recorded in Book 57 of Parcel Maps on Page 62, Stanislaus County Records, totaling 8.18 acres into eight new parcels, property located within land designated for Mixed Uses (MU) as specified by the land use diagram of the Kiernan Business Park Specific Plan. The eastern 100-feet of the two parcels are the subject of a lot-line adjustment with the property to the east, approved earlier. No development is proposed with the tentative parcel map.
