Document Description
The Hill Country Community Clinic (HCCC) is requesting an amendment to a current Use Permit to allow for a 12,500 sq. ft. expansion to an existing 8,000 sq. ft. medical clinic building located in Round Mountain. In addition, the applicant proposes to construct a separate 3,275 sq. ft. building to be used as a community/teen center (1,075 sq. ft.) and a garage/maintenance area (2,200 sq. ft.) to store and maintain transportation vehicles.
